Our Services

Process Serving: Our professional process servers travel extensively in the rural communities of the Four States to serve your documents. We are very adept at effecting service the first time you file. We serve subpoenas, summons, complaints, notices, writs, orders, and other legal documents on behalf of law firms and private individuals nationwide. We accept documents via email up to 25 pages without a print fee.

Court Filing: We offer court filing services for those who are out of state or busy dealing with other aspects of their case. A member of our staff will visit the local courthouse and file your documents with the clerk, ensuring they have been properly filled out and paying applicable fees. Remember that although we are experienced with court filing, our process servers are not authorized to offer any legal advice.

Court Records Search: Not all legal records are available online and many can be irritating or complicated to acquire. If you need court records for a case, contact us and we will run a search for you. We can acquire records in most criminal and civil cases.

Photocopies: We offer photocopy service for multiple documents and specific requirements as well as needed copies of documents acquired in the search for court records.

Notary Public: Our traveling Notary has over 35 years of extensive experience in several states. If you need document notarization, ensure the signer has valid identification and we will arrange to meet at a mutually agreed-upon location to provide you with professional notarization. We are commissioned in Missouri and Kansas.
